LIV. exists to empower women and families with high quality pregnancy support, wellness services, and women’s health appointments.

We're a 501c3 nonprofit organization with three high quality, life-affirming women’s health offices across the Big Island of Hawaii. Our organization has been serving the Big Island for over 30 years, and we are committed to innovating in the way that care is delivered to women in need.

Our vision is that every woman on the Big Island has access to comprehensive, life-affirming reproductive health and pregnancy care. We are compelled by the love of Jesus Christ to love our neighbors by providing excellent, accessible healthcare. LIV joyfully serves clients regardless of age, race, religion, creed, immigration status, or sexual orientation.
